How do I find the traffic congestion?

After losing to zero four times...
I have tried and continue to try multiple strategies and achieved a profit of 100% yesterday.
I entered with 130$ and exited with double that and the picture below.
I thought today would be like yesterday, but it wasn't, although I made a good profit as you can see in the picture.
My advice to all beginners:
Learn from the mistakes of others, and I have written down everything I faced and will write everything that is beneficial so that God may help me serve you.
The strategies I have tried are many, the latest being:
First: Look for the currency that is at the bottom and has momentum with more than 100 million in movement.
Second: The leverage should not exceed 5x.
Third: Start buying with 25$ or 50$ .
Fourth: Be patient and do not rush, and as soon as the rise begins, I double the amount for purchase.
Fifth: Start taking profits gradually.
Sixth: It is very, very important to set a (stop-loss) even if it is at 50% of the trade because there are lethal spikes from whales to swallow all the small investors' money.
