A few things I want to share:

1- No more filler words- Now I dont use the phrases such as “you know what I mean” instead I am able to articulate my thoughts, emotions and ideas in a better way.Though I still dont share *everything* which comes into my mind. :|

2- Patriotism- If movies like URI and Shershaah gets your adrenaline pumping and you have not read works by Maj.Gen. Ian Cardozo, Rachna Bisht and LT.Gen. KJS then you have just scratched the surface. Many unsung heroes like Capt. Vikram Batra are yet to receive the praise they deserve.

3- Self-Help Books- I don't understand why some people look down on this genre. I believe it is the best way for self-improvement, at least better than those podcasts by BeerBiceps and Sandeep Maheshwari. Ryan Holiday has never disappointed me in this domain.

4- Religion- Rather than simply following traditions without understanding their purpose, you can try to understand the rationale behind them. Applying sandalwood to the forehead does have a lot of benefits; it is not a mere tradition.

Reading books has always been my subtle flex in the age of Reels and YouTube shorts. My journey, spanning from childhood favorites like Ruskin Bond, Jeff Kinney, Satyajit Ray, and Charles Dickens to my current appreciation of Dostoevsky, Marquez, Kafka, and Tolstoy, is a source of pers

onal pride.
