At the National Conference to implement Resolution 68-NQ/TW on the morning of May 18, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized:

"The private economy is an important driving force of the economy, which needs to be encouraged and facilitated to develop fairly and sustainably – including in the fields of innovation, green technology, and the digital economy."
