Co-founder of Blum Arrested for
Suspected Fraud of 15 Million Dollars
Vladimir Smerkis - former CEO of Binance in the CIS and co-founder of the Blum app for earning through tap-to-earn - has been arrested in Moscow and placed in custody as a preventive measure.
The charges may be related to earlier projects, Token Fund and Tokenbox, where investors allegedly lost over 15 million dollars. Blum quickly distanced itself, stating that Smerkis is no longer involved.
