The Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow has sanctioned the arrest of the former head of the exchange #Binance for the CIS and co-founder of the crypto-game Blum, Vladimir Smerkis, in a criminal case of fraud on a particularly large scale.
#Telegram -channel #Mash reports that the arrest is related to the entrepreneur's earlier ventures, in which investors lost at least $15m.
