#CryptoRegulation #BinanceAlphaPoints $XRP تنتظر كلٌّ من ريبل (Ripple-XRP) ولجنة الأوراق المالية والبورصات الأمريكية (SEC) قرارَ القاضي توريس (Torres) بشأن الموافقة على طلب الطرفين لإنهاء نزاعِهما الطويل. انخفض سعر ريبل (Ripple-XRP) بنسبة 5% اليوم، إذ وصَل سعر العملة البديلة إلى 2.48$ بالتزامن مع تراجع سوق الكريبتو ككلٍّ بنسبة 4% آخرَ 24 ساعة. وعلى الرغم من هذا الانخفاض، لا يزال سعر XRP مرتفعاً بنسبة 12.5% في الأسبوع الأخير و15% في الشهر الأخير، مدفوعاً بتعافي السوق ككل في بداية هذا الأسبوع بعد أن وصلت الولايات المتحدة والصين إلى هدنة مؤقتة بشأن حرب الرسوم الجمركية. ومن العوامل التي لعبت دوراً إيجابياً بالنسبة لعملة XRP بشكلٍ خاص، تقديمُ لجنة الأوراق المالية والبورصات الأمريكية (SEC) لخطاب اتفاق التسوية الخاص بها في الأسبوع الماضي، مطالبة القاضية أناليسا توريس (Analisa Torres) الموافقة على رغبات كلا الطرفين بوقف استئنافاتهما وإغلاق القضية بشكلٍ نهائي. وبافتراض أن القاضي توريس أصدرت بالفعل حكماً أولياً بموافقتها على هذه الطلبات، فقد يؤدي هذا إلى زيادة احتمالات الموافقة على عدة صناديق XRP متداولةٍ في البورصة (XRP ETFs)، ما قد يدفع ارتفاع سعر XRP بشكل كبير.
