#xrp Hello, after the recent unfavorable news

XRP has dropped and I think we will still touch 2.30$XRP , unfortunately, as you probably heard, Judge Toress rejected the settlement proposal between SEC and Ripple, nothing lost, formal errors hopefully the corrected proposal will be submitted quickly, this has messed up our plans to reach 3$XRP and higher as many analysts suggest. Regarding the chart below, I think we will slowly create an upward channel and around June 14 we should reach 3$XRP where the road to a new ATH will be ahead of us on June 17 a decision about the XRP spot ETF is to be made, how will it turn out?
