Binance is celebrating Bitcoin Pizza Day on May 22, 2025, marking the 15th anniversary of the first-ever cryptocurrency transaction where 10,000 Bitcoins were used to purchase two pizzas. To commemorate this historic event, Binance has launched a global campaign with a massive $5 million BTC giveaway.
Users can participate by referring friends to the platform. Each successful referral, where the new user completes KYC and trades at least $200, unlocks a "Pizza Box" for both the referrer and the referred, containing up to $20 in BTC. Each user can unlock a maximum of 15 Pizza Boxes. The top 100 referrers will also share an additional $50,000 in BTC, with the top referrer receiving $5,000.
Beyond the referral program, Binance is hosting pizza parties in various cities worldwide, offering free pizza and opportunities to learn about crypto.
