Are you a left-side trader or a right-side trader?

1. Left-Side Trading (Counter-Market Aggressive)

Core Logic: Anticipate market reversals, go all in or clear positions in advance, capitalizing on others' panic to buy the dip, and selling when others are exuberant.

Advantages: Huge profits if you bet right, buy the dip and sell the top for show.

Disadvantages: Easy to buy in the middle of a downturn.

2. Right-Side Trading (Trend Follower)

Core Logic: Wait until the trend is clear before taking action, confirm an uptrend to chase it, confirm a downtrend to follow it, never guess the top or bottom.

Advantages: Higher win rate, no gambling on luck.

Disadvantages: Always a step behind, missing out on the best opportunities.

3. First, see if you have what it takes

Characteristics suitable for aggressive left-side traders:

Long-Term Believers: For example, firmly believing that BTC will definitely break 200,000 USD in the future, buying more as prices drop (dollar-cost averaging also counts as left-side).

Large Capital Holders: For example, wanting to accumulate 100,000 SOL, only able to buy in batches during a downturn, or else the cost of a direct pump is too high.

Fundamental Analysis Experts: Able to understand on-chain data and project financial reports, such as predicting bull and bear markets through a surge in active addresses.

Warning: Left-side players must use stop-losses!

Characteristics suitable for ordinary right-side traders:

Technical Trend Followers: Only know how to look at MA, MACD, chase after breaking resistance levels, and run when support levels break.

Risk-Averse Players: Not seeking to get rich overnight, just looking for stable profits, taking small wins.

Survivors in Volatile Markets: Directly staying in cash and observing during sideways movements, only trading in one-directional trends.
