$ETH Ukrainian trader Max Hamakha won the final of the first-ever live cryptocurrency trading championship — International Crypto Trading Cup (ICTC 2025), organized by the crypto exchange WhiteBIT. This is stated in a press release for Incrypted.

The tournament took place on May 9-10 in live format and gathered eight leading crypto traders from around the world on one stage to compete in real-time. Trading for six hours daily — a total of twelve hours — they completed 269 trades, demonstrating mastery in advanced trading strategies, risk management, and decision-making under pressure, noted the event team.

In addition to the main stage traders, ICTC 2025 featured 33 teams, the largest of which had 369 and 298 participants, as well as about 3000 individual traders from around the world, the statement mentioned.
