Bitcoin 2025 Trading Madness Exceeds Trillions
▪️ The "Bitcoin" currency recorded trading volumes exceeding 5.7 trillion dollars in spot markets since the beginning of 2025 until mid-May, according to daily data from major global trading platforms.
▪️ In January, the total transactions reached approximately 1.73 trillion dollars, and it rose again in March, resulting in a monthly total of nearly 1.33 trillion dollars.
▪️ Despite the relative decline in liquidity last April, the markets recorded trades worth 1.05 trillion dollars, but with the beginning of May, the total trading in the first 16 days of the month jumped to about 720 billion dollars.
