Fact Check: Is Binance hinting at a listing for Pi Network cryptocurrency❓
One single symbol made the #pi Network community buzz. Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, recently posted a playful image on X.

In a post on X, Binance shared its signature logo, which was cleverly recreated using the symbol π (Pi). The post did not provide a clear explanation. Nevertheless, it thrilled the pioneers of the Pi Network. Many began to hope that this could be a teaser for the long-awaited listing of Pi Coin on Binance.
However, it is important to note that Binance has not made any official announcements regarding the listing of Pi Coin. The company always makes clear, official announcements when adding new tokens. This image was merely part of a creative or entertaining post and should not be taken as a signal of a listing.
Over time, there has been much speculation in the community linking #Binance and #PiNetwork. However, Binance has never listed a real Pi Coin, and the Pi Network team has also warned that trading Pi on exchanges is not yet allowed.
In February 2025, CoinDCX also hinted at a possible listing of Pi Coin through a tweet referencing '3.14159', which was widely perceived as a nod to Pi. This placed CoinDCX alongside some of the largest exchanges, such as Gate.io, HTX, Bitget, and OKX, which have already listed the token.
In the same month, Binance also conducted a community poll to gauge user opinions on whether Pi Coin (PI) should be listed. Over 226,000 verified users voted, with 86.8% voting in favor. However, at the time of writing this article, Binance had not made any official announcements about the listing since the voting closed, and the Pi community is still waiting.
Pi Coin (PI) is currently priced at $0.8350, representing a drop of 7.42% over the last 24 hours, while its market capitalization stands at $5.96 billion.
