Even if the cutlet is juicy, hot and smells like a bull market.

Now I’ll explain on my fingers how I write for myself in a diary.

The story of a simple crypto enthusiast

(okay, it's me, I admit)

I pulled out $10,000 to "play" with crypto. The cultured guys in the chat whispered to me:

- Brother, 65% in the market, 35% in stable.

I thought, "Well, that sounds smart. Okay, I'll trust you."

Calculated:

$6,500 in the market

$3,500 in stable

Let's go...

Option 1: Here we go!

The coins started to grow! I almost felt like a genius:

One gave x2,

The second one is +10%,

Third - x3,

The fourth one sank a little,

Fifth - +20%.

Total: my $6,500 turned into $13,000.

And $3,500 in the stable... $3,500 remained. Only now they are not 35% of the deposit, but some pitiful 20%.

What am I doing?

Ta-daaam! I take the body from the most profitable coins and return to 35% in the stable.

No panic. No fuss. The plan rules.

Option 2: Oops... collapse.

And here it hurts. The coins went down, like my enthusiasm:

One - minus 50%,

Other - -5%,

The third one is -20%,

and further down the list, like a blade.

Bottom line: my $6,500 turned into $3,500.

And in the stable it’s still $3,500.

But!

Now it’s not 35%, but… ta-da! 50% of the portfolio.

What am I doing?

That's right - I buy up the fallen coins to lower the average.

No hysterics. Because there was a reserve.

And now a fairy tale: altseason

Oh yes...

Here it is, the moment for which we climb here.

The bull has arrived, violas, let's dance!

My $6,500 makes x5.

Now the account in the market has $32,500.

The stables remain the same - $3,500.

But according to the portfolio structure, they are no longer 35%, but... well, almost nothing.

And this is where most people make a mistake:

"Wow! All stables to the market urgently! Faster, to the moon!"

NO.

Calm down.

Keep a cool head even when your ass is burning from euphoria.

The moral of this story

When to go for the whole cutlet?

NOBODY.

Even if it seems to you that now is the time.

Especially then there is no need.

Because without an air cushion you can't maneuver - you're drowning.

And if it has already grown, fix part of it and be glad that you remained alive.

Final rules:

1. Stables are your lifeline. Don't touch them unnecessarily.

2. Portfolio ≠ casino. But the emotions will be the same.

3. Plan > emotions.

4. Greed and panic are your main enemies.

5. Cutlet - for dinner. Not for entering the market.

P.S.

And if someone tells you:

— "Brother, go all out, you won't lose!"

...

Smile, say thank you, and don't forget to block.

P.P.S.

Didn't get in? No problem, I reread myself - and sometimes I cry.
