The Ethereum Foundation recently announced the launch of the 'Trillion Dollar Security Program,' dedicated to comprehensively enhancing the security of the Ethereum ecosystem. This program is of great significance, aiming to elevate Ethereum's security performance to a level that supports the global economic infrastructure.

The program covers multiple aspects such as user experience, wallets, smart contracts, infrastructure, and consensus protocols. It will conduct full-stack security risk assessments, thoroughly examining the security risks present across all technical levels from wallets to consensus protocols. In terms of improvement in key areas, it will promote high-priority repairs and long-term improvement projects, such as conducting regular security audits on smart contracts to identify and address potential vulnerabilities, ensuring the security of Ethereum-based applications against security threats arising from vulnerabilities. At the same time, it will enhance the communication of security standards externally, allowing users to clearly understand the security standards and protective measures through more transparent information dissemination, assisting users in managing their assets securely on-chain, and also laying a solid security foundation for institutions and governments managing trillion-dollar levels of value on Ethereum.
