May I ask everyone, what should I do if there is an error in binding my bank card for Twitter's creator earnings?

My card is a Hong Kong HSBC card, but I can't quite remember which bank it is; I only remember that it's an HSBC bank near the Tsim Sha Tsui subway station.

I have tried binding it several times, but it shows an error. Which one should I bind?
