Регулятор и представители Ripple подали запрос под видом «утверждения мирового соглашения», но судья Аналиса Торрес расценила это как попытку изменить уже вынесенный вердикт. 📌 Итог: Предыдущие решения суда, включая штраф Ripple в $125m, остаются в силе. Компании и регулятору придется искать другие пути для урегулирования спора. 8-го августа суд вынес постановление, что Компания Ripple должна выплатить штраф в размере 125,000,000 долларов. Тем же постановлением суда токен XRP не признан ценной бумагой. Продажи монет на криптобиржах - законны. Вопрос компании Ripple. насколько больше вы бы заработали за последний год, если бы тогда закрыли вопрос со штрафом? Уверен, что больше 125-и миллионов.
