The GOVERNMENT OF VIETNAM has been negotiating and proposing a draft on the management of cryptocurrency and digital assets. One positive thing is that they have stopped condemning and banning cryptocurrencies, which is a very good signal. However, a quick glance at the draft reveals it to be quite crazy. I hope they don't exploit too aggressively. I am waiting to see how things will unfold, but I hope they don't try to manage it too much.
