Nothing changes regarding today's victories for Ripple (i.e., XRP is not a security, etc.). This is about procedural concerns regarding the rejection of Ripple's counter appeal. Ripple and the Securities and Exchange Commission completely agree on resolving this matter and will return to this issue with the court together.
