After investing in the Crypto market and going through much wear and tear through my investments. I reached certain conclusions regarding trading in crypto currencies. This post is about my conclusion on trading and operating in the Crypto market.

Futures trading is a very risky game. As per one of the reports; out of every 100 people entering the crypto market, only one of them would make some profit. 99 percent will liquidate by the end of the day. Quick profit and quick loss is in its very nature. Operating in futures trading is very risky and very volatile for investment.

Spot trading is relatively secure but it requires quite a patience, for the returns to come. It is time consuming but can turn an initial investment into 20x to even 100x depending on the market environment and the bull run strength.

My investment strategy includes looking into different coins. Firstly I look into their founders. are their founders known and if yes, then what is his credibility. Secondly The backers of the crypto currency in question. Are there any big players backing the project? And thirdly and most importantly what sort of projects are they doing. strong projects with real world utility gives strong base to any crypto currency.
