This man, his name is Laszlo Hanyecz, sold 10,000 $BTC for two pizzas.

He posted in a forum: "I will pay 10,000 BTC for two pizzas."

At the time, this amount was literally pocket change, about 25 $ or so. Another forum user eventually bites, orders two Nice! pizzas from Papa John's, and has them delivered to Laszlo's house in Florida.

Laszlo transfers his 10,000 bitcoins via the newly introduced command-line wallet, and voilà, he has his lunch.

A few years later, these 10,000 BTC would now be worth several million dollars. Every May 22 is now celebrated as "Bitcoin Pizza Day," a cheeky homage to arguably the very first real transaction in cryptocurrency.

Remember, $BTC is currently trading for about 100,000 $ 💔

Do you think he will be able to forgive himself for this mistake?

Ahhh!! Many people will not understand what he might be going through.
