#CryptoRegulation USA will soften the approach to cryptocurrencies

The new head of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Paul Atkins, stated in his program report that he will soften the approach to cryptocurrencies and intends to create a clearer and more friendly environment for market players. Atkins plans to abandon the coercive policies characteristic of the previous SEC leadership.

According to Atkins, based on the new regulatory framework, the SEC will establish clear rules for the issuance, storage, and trading of crypto assets, and will continue to thwart unscrupulous practices.
