CoreWeave Signs $4 Billion New Contract with OpenAI
According to a report by Deep Tide TechFlow, CoreWeave disclosed in its first financial report after the IPO that OpenAI has signed a new contract worth $4 billion with it after the end of the first quarter. This is another major transaction following the five-year, $11.9 billion collaboration reached between the two parties. CoreWeave CEO Mike Intrator stated that these new contracts reflect strong customer demand for its infrastructure services rather than price increase factors. It is worth noting that OpenAI also relies on Microsoft's infrastructure services, which contributed 62% of CoreWeave's revenue in 2024.
