According to Foresight News, CNBC reported that CoreWeave released its first financial report since its listing. The company's revenue in the first quarter ending March 31 soared 420% from $188.7 million in the same period last year. In the first quarter, OpenAI signed a five-year agreement with CoreWeave worth up to $11.9 billion. Microsoft accounted for 62% of CoreWeave's revenue in 2024. In an interview with CNBC, CoreWeave CEO Mike Intrator said that in addition to this five-year agreement, OpenAI also signed an additional $4 billion cooperation agreement with CoreWeave after the end of the first quarter, and CoreWeave will provide cloud computing capabilities for OpenAI.
