BlockBeats news, on May 15, according to Decrypt, cryptocurrency investment firm GSR has completed an equity investment in Swiss investment solutions provider Maverix Securities.
According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will jointly develop digital asset products aimed at institutional and professional investors, including yield-enhancing structured solutions, cryptocurrency index strategies, and derivative tools. As part of the cooperation, GSR's Managing Director Alain Kunz will join the Maverix board. GSR will provide digital asset liquidity and risk management technology support, while Maverix will be responsible for issuing compliant investment products on the Swiss Stock Exchange (SIX).
