Investors of the NFT project Hashling NFT have sued its founder, Jonathan Mills, accusing him of wrongfully appropriating millions of dollars 💸 in profits from the project and a related Bitcoin mining operation.
According to the lawsuit filed in Illinois 🏛️, the plaintiffs allege that Mills lied about the transfer of assets from Hashling NFT and at least $3 million from the mining operation to his holding, #Satoshi Labs LLC.
The plaintiffs accuse Mills of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, claiming they have not received the promised capital returns 😞. They also allege having raised $1.46 million in two NFT launches in #solana and #bitcoin , without receiving any return on their investment 😠.
