Binance wallet users are preparing for the 16th exclusive token generation event (TGE), this time featuring Privasea AI (PRAI), a new AI protocol focused on privacy.
However, only a selected group of users with sufficient Alpha Points will be able to participate.
The Binance wallet invites users to the PRAI TGE
Privasea AI launched its token PRAI today, May 14, via PancakeSwap DEX. However, only a selected group of users with sufficient Alpha Points will be able to participate in the token generation event.
"Join the 16th exclusive TGE on the Binance wallet with Privasea AI (PRAI) via PancakeSwap! Subscription: May 14 from 10:00 to 12:00 UTC," Binance Wallet wrote on X.
After its TGE, the price of Privasea AI increased by over 1,458%. PRAI traded at $0.005939 on PancakeSwap V2 at the time of writing.
The new rules for this round of the Binance wallet TGE have sparked discussions among airdrop hunters and dedicated Binance Alpha participants.
According to an official post from Binance Wallet, users need to have 198 or more Alpha Points to qualify for the PRAI TGE. Those with 162 to 197 points can still join, but only if their Binance UID ends with a zero. This is a rare and controversial participation condition.
"The end of the road for me. Good luck, guys," one user complained.
Participation has its price: 15 Alpha Points are deducted after confirmation through the Alpha Events portal. Binance also emphasized that 40 million PRAI tokens will be reserved for future campaigns.
Privasea AI attracts attention not only for its debut on Binance. The project employs fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) to process AI tasks on encrypted data, ensuring privacy without compromising computational speed.
The PRAI token provides decentralized governance on the BNB Chain, Arbitrum (ARB), and Solana (SOL). This positions it as a multi-chain player in the growing web3 subsector.
Meanwhile, the listing follows the trend of Binance Alpha, which highlights early, high-potential projects. The latest selections include Bluefin, a decentralized order exchange, and Sudeng (HIPPO). Notably, both are meme coins on the Sui blockchain.

Airdrop hunters are fueling the alpha hype on Binance
The race to accumulate Alpha Points has intensified in recent months. Binance Alpha's reputation for providing early access to the most successful token launches fuels this euphoria.
BeInCrypto reported that trading volume on the Binance wallet has significantly increased as users collect Alpha Points for potential airdrops and TGE.
Crypto investors confirmed their eligibility for PRAI on X, with one noting 199 Alpha Points in just 15 days, and 225 points for another. This reflects how aggressive the airdrop hunting strategies have become. However, others complain about the lack of Alpha Points being received.
"Can someone explain why I'm not getting credit for my alpha points? A live chat is needed to ask this," another user complained.
However, the UID-based restrictions in this TGE have frustrated some users, with several community members calling it a "lottery barrier" that limits fair access.

While Binance claims that the change adds a layer of exclusivity and unpredictability, others see it as a barrier for smaller traders trying to participate.
At the same time, the cryptocurrency exchange Binance is doubling down on Alpha Points as a key metric for community rewards and token launches. The PRAI event may set the tone for structuring future TGEs, potentially making the accumulation of Alpha Points even more competitive.
