Ethereum announces initiative to protect user funds
Although Ethereum is among the top most secure blockchains, the Ethereum Foundation states: "Best is still not enough." The goal of the Trillion Dollar Security (1TS) initiative is to make Ethereum a safe place for both individual users and billion-dollar organizations to confidently store trillions of USD in on-chain assets.
The 1TS plan includes 3 main directions:
1️⃣Review the entire ecosystem: from wallets, contracts, infrastructure to protocols and the Internet.
2️⃣Improve weaknesses, both short-term & long-term
3️⃣Communicate more clearly about security for the community to easily understand.
👉 The Ethereum Foundation is calling on the community to contribute feedback to identify and address risks.
