The proposal "Liquidity Injection Request for the DEX TerraSwap", which was a discussion topic in the Terra Classic community, has been updated and resubmitted for voting by the $LUNC validators.
The first proposal was VETOED by Allnodes. The reason for the VETO was the complaints faced with the $TERRA token. Many investors were harmed by the Terraport token, $TERRA. The executives of Terraport announced that they have resolved these complaints.
The VETOED proposal has been revised and updated again. The creation of a LUNC/USDC liquidity pool on TerraSwap is planned. Currently, there is no stablecoin with a fixed value of US$ 1 on the Terra Classic network. Investors need to use exchanges for buying and selling $LUNC. An increase in mobility on the network is expected with the creation of a LUNC/USDC liquidity pool.
The proposal requests a total of 25,000 USDC and US$ 25,000 in funds equivalent to LUNC from the Community Pool to initiate the liquidity of a USDC/LUNC pair on Terraswap.
This is not a high amount for Terra Classic. This pool can be expanded later. The funds will be managed and fully controlled by the Terra Classic community. With the new proposal, 100% transparency is achieved. All nodes will vote YES to this proposal.
The Terra Classic community continues to be an example of decentralization. $LUNC and $USTC will soon reach the top.
