#TrumpTariffs

Remember #TrampsTariffs? At one time, this was a hot topic when the U.S. imposed tariffs on imports from China, the EU, and other countries. These tariffs were intended to protect American industry but led to a trade war.

The consequences were complex. Consumer prices rose, and some sectors suffered from increased raw material costs. There was also uncertainty for businesses, which affected investment and growth. While some American manufacturers benefited, the overall economic impact was contentious.

Today, we still feel the effects of these tariffs as global trade continues to adapt.
