$BTC VISION TO MAKE THE U.S. THE CRYPTO CAPITAL: NEW SEC REGULATIONS

The chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Paul Atkins, announced his vision to strengthen the regulatory framework in cryptocurrency markets. Atkins emphasized the goal of making the U.S. the "crypto capital" at the fourth meeting of the Cryptocurrency Task Force (SEC, 2025).

The new guidelines aim to establish clear rules for the issuance, custody, and trading of crypto assets. Funds and advisors will be granted the right to self-custody under certain conditions, which could foster innovation in the sector (@muhabbitcom, 2025).
