My DOGE Trade Gone Wrong

Exit: $0.12 (sold at a loss, $1,200)

Result: -$500 (-29%)

What Went Wrong?

I saw #DogecoinArmy trending on X with

hyping DOGE’s Tesla payments. 🐶 FOMO hit hard, so I YOLO’d into Class B DOGE at $0.17, expecting a 50% pump to $0.25. Bad move. The hype faded in hours, and a bearish MACD signaled a dip. I HODL’d too long, ignoring my 5% stop-loss rule, and sold at $0.12 when panic set in. 😭 Memecoin mania is real, but Class C volatility burned me.

What I Learned

Don’t FOMO Class C Hype: DOGE’s pumps are quick, but crashes are brutal. X hype (

) isn’t enough—check TA like RSI (DOGE was overbought at 75).

Stick to Stop-Losses: My 5% stop ($0.1615) would’ve saved $350. Emotions killed my plan.

Diversify: Betting big on one coin (even Class B DOGE) is risky in a $3.4T market.

How I’ll Adjust

Scalp DOGE Smart: Buy at $0.15 support, sell at $0.20 resistance, risk 1% of my portfolio. Use Binance’s limit orders.

Mix Classes: Shift to Class A Binance Coin (BNB, $614) for staking (8% APY) and Class B Solana (SOL, $160) for DeFi (10% APY). HODL Class A XRP ($2.14) for regulatory wins.
