#加密圆桌会议要点 family members, recently the cryptocurrency community has been hotly discussing #Key Points of the Crypto Roundtable Meeting#, today let's chat about it! This series of meetings is hosted by the U.S. SEC and covers key topics such as cryptocurrency trading regulation, asset custody, asset tokenization, and the integration of traditional finance with decentralized finance, referred to as the "Spring Sprint Toward Clarity in Crypto".
The biggest highlight of the meeting is the major shift in the SEC's regulatory model, moving from "enforcement regulation" to building a regulatory framework that adapts to the characteristics of crypto assets. Innovations in issuance rules will clarify whether crypto assets are securities; autonomy in custody will be expanded to support new custody solutions; and the trading ecosystem will be opened up to break the restrictions on crypto trading products.
Additionally, the meeting proposed a "layered regulation" approach, treating centralized and decentralized exchanges differently. New directions were also provided in custody, asset on-chain, and DeFi. This has a huge impact on the crypto market, with institutional capital accelerating its inflow, a wave of asset tokenization rising, and industry consolidation speeding up. Do you think this will make the crypto market more regulated, or will it bring new variables? Let's discuss in the comments!
