The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has just announced a delay in the review of two altcoin ETF proposals put forward by Grayscale.
Specifically concerning Solana and Litecoin. This is part of the SEC's recent series of delays regarding many altcoin ETF proposals from major asset management firms.
At the same time, the SEC also pushed back the deadline for a decision on the proposal to allow the purchase and sale process of BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF through in-kind redemption – a change that could significantly impact the liquidity and operational efficiency of this ETF product.
