Tether purchased 4,812 bitcoins for 458.7 million USD
According to reports by Wu, Cantor Equity Partners disclosed that the Business Combination Agreement signed on April 22, 2025, shows that Tether purchased 4,812.220927 bitcoins worth 458.7 million USD, at an average price of 95,319.83 USD. The aforementioned bitcoins will be resold by Tether to Twenty One Capital after the completion of the merger transaction and the delivery of PIPE investment funds.
