WTO Chief Highlights Challenges in Global Trade Amid US Tariffs.

- According to Odaily, the Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, stated on the 13th in Tokyo that US tariff measures pose a challenge to global trade. During a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba, Okonjo-Iweala emphasized the severe situation of the trade sector but also noted the existence of numerous opportunities to tackle these challenges.
