The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced on April 23, via its official account on the social media platform X, that Chairman Paul Atkins will deliver his inaugural speech as chairman during the upcoming roundtable on cryptocurrency custody.

The high-level event, titled "Know Your Custodian: Key Considerations on Cryptocurrency Custody," will take place on April 25 at the SEC headquarters in Washington, D.C., as part of the SEC's ongoing Cryptocurrency Task Force efforts to clarify the regulation of digital assets.
