🚨Trading Strategy Checklist (EMA + RSI + MACD + Volume)🚨
1. Trend Confirmation – EMA
• EMA 9 > EMA 21 = Uptrend
• EMA 9 < EMA 21 = Downtrend
Action:
• Only trade in the direction of the EMA crossover (avoid counter-trend trades).
• Example: If EMA 9 is above EMA 21, look only for buy entries.
⸻
2. Momentum – RSI
• RSI (14 or 12) > 50 = Bullish momentum
• RSI (14 or 12) < 50 = Bearish momentum
• RSI (6) > 70 = Overbought (possible reversal down)
• RSI (6) < 30 = Oversold (possible reversal up)
Action:
• Look for entries when RSI crosses above 50 (for buys) or below 50 (for sells)
• Avoid entering trades at extreme RSI zones unless it’s a confirmed reversal
⸻
3. Signal Confirmation – MACD
• MACD Line (DIF) crosses above Signal (DEA) = Buy signal
• MACD Line (DIF) crosses below Signal (DEA) = Sell signal
Action:
• Use MACD crossover to confirm the same direction as EMA and RSI.
• Avoid signals that are against the trend (e.g., MACD buy while EMA is bearish).
⸻
4. Volume – Confirmation of Strength
• Volume increases on breakout = Strong move
• MAVOL 20/50: If volume is above average (above MAVOL lines), signal is stronger
Action:
• Confirm breakouts or strong trends with volume spikes
• Avoid trading low-volume breakouts — they are often fakeouts.
⸻
Example Buy Setup (Swing or Intraday)
• EMA 9 crosses above EMA 21
• RSI (14) is above 50
• MACD Line crosses above Signal line
• Volume is increasing (above MAVOL 20 or 50)
→ Enter a long position.
Exit when:
• RSI (6) > 70 (take partial profit or exit)
• MACD starts to flatten or cross back down
• EMA 9 crosses below EMA 21 (trend reversal)
⸻
Bonus Tip – Set Alerts (if possible):
• RSI crosses 50
• EMA 9 crosses EMA 21
• MACD crossover
This helps you avoid staring at charts all day.
