How I earn on futures when a new coin is released
Every time a new coin appears on the exchange, I see it as an opportunity. Such moments are a peak level of volatility, emotions, and possibilities. But you need to act quickly and carefully. I share my strategy.
1. Preparation is half the battle
Even before the launch, I look for all the available information: listing date, funding background, tokenomics. The price at which the coin was sold in private sales is especially important — this is where big players may start taking profits.
2. I watch the opening
At the moment of launch, I immediately open the futures chart and analyze volume, open interest, and Funding Rate. If everyone is going long and funding is high — it’s a signal that soon someone will start selling.
3. Trading on impulse
My favorite tactic is to catch the pump and enter short at the peak. Alternatively, I go long if I see strong support on the spot. In both cases — minimal leverage and a clear stop.
4. Then — by the classics
After a few hours, the market calms down. Then I switch to classic strategies: retests, breakouts, trend trading.
