Relative Strength Index (RSI)
Usage: Determine trend and overbought/oversold conditions strategy:-
Range: 0–100
♦ Over Buy above 70
♦ Over Sell below 30
Strategy:
♦ If RSI is below 30 and rises, then Buy
♦ If RSI goes above 70 and then falls, then Sell
