ChainCatcher message, on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa stated on social media that today marks the launch of the first phase of the Binance Alpha points consumption mechanism. The airdrop mechanism has changed from default distribution to active claiming, requiring a deduction of 15 points (the deduction amount for each phase is likely to be adjusted).

The actual points consumption does not reach 15 (for example, 15 days ago, the user earned 8 points, and these points will expire tomorrow, so this phase's airdrop actually only consumed 7 points). Whether the value of the airdrop is worth the point deduction for participation will become an important reference for pre-market/contract/over-the-counter prices.
