$BTC
Bitcoin ($BTC) is still the main reference in the crypto market and its movements significantly influence other altcoins. In daily trading, I focus on BTC's technical patterns because its volume is high and its volatility is quite stable for scalping. Usually, I observe support-resistance areas and RSI combinations to determine entry moments. In addition, I also consider price reactions to macroeconomic news such as CPI data, Federal Reserve decisions, or statements from major industry players. My favorite strategy is to take advantage of fake breakouts on BTC and enter when the price retests. With controlled leverage, BTC often provides consistent profit opportunities even over short periods. One of BTC's advantages over altcoins is its high liquidity, making it safer to enter and exit positions without significant slippage. If managed well, trading BTC can become a primary source of profit in my crypto portfolio, whether the market is bullish or bearish.
