I always sell coins after the giveaway. My opinion is that Bitcoin definitely grows; it may fall, but then it grows even more. Whether the next coin will shoot up is of course an interesting question... I sell at the start and buy Bitcoin! No matter how many times I checked, it always turns out to be a more profitable strategy.
