The Radiant DAO community has proposed "compensation for losses due to unlimited delegation vulnerability." This plan aims to compensate victims through a smart contract, including losses of users who were subjected to unlimited delegation on October 16, 2024, related to Arbitrum and BNB Chain.
Compensation scale
The expected compensation is 7.7 million USD in 2024, and 1.2 million USD in Q1 2025. Allocation will be based on the user's loss ratio.
Plan details
The contract requires consolidating all stolen Tokens into stablecoins at market price. Balances below 1 USD will be wiped. The compensation process will occur in stages and may take several years. Users can track progress through a dedicated portal.
Fund allocation
First, the fund will compensate users according to RFP-47, with the remainder allocated to victims affected by this vulnerability. If the stolen funds are recovered, they will be redistributed to all affected users proportionally.
