Every time we achieve clear profits, we find no one, or we hear comments like 'I missed the deal.'
But when simple mistakes occur – and not real losses – everyone suddenly appears, as if we had never contributed anything before.

This unfair pattern of interaction makes us rethink continuing here. We work hard, presenting opportunities as they are, both sweet and bitter, but we only find appreciation during mistakes (the simple ones).
