???
I was originally ready to sleep, but seeing this made me laugh and cry at the same time,
What is there to show off about? I really don't understand!
This is not hard work and diligence; this is a sign that a company is on a downward slope. If there are endless meetings and not a moment to rest, then it resembles:
"Chaotic management + severe internal friction + employee exploitation."
A normal, efficient organization relies on clear goals, effective communication mechanisms, trust, and empowerment, not on piling up meetings to "look busy."
We are Web3, not a state-owned enterprise.
If so many meetings are needed to push work forward, it may indicate: there’s a problem with the decision-making mechanism, no one can make a call; internal processes are redundant, collaboration efficiency is low; the boss loves "micromanagement" too much, overseeing every detail; worse still, perhaps no one dares to take a vacation for fear of being marginalized or losing their job.
Ultimately, I suspect you guys are engaging in political struggles, right!?
Sorry, this is the only level of understanding I have!
