What is meant by "Bitcoin breaking the barrier of $65300" is that the price breaks this level upwards by closing a strong candle (like a 4-hour or daily candle) above it, and not just touching it or exceeding it for moments.
What do you mean by penetrating 65300$ ? Do you mean above 200000$ or how? Please clarify.
