I have used the dumbest method for trading cryptocurrencies, and currently my win rate is close to 100%! (A must-read for all new and old crypto traders)
First, you need to determine the tools you are using. Many people use indicators like moving averages, MACD, KDJ, Bollinger Bands, etc., as the basis for judging trends and making buy and sell decisions.
1. Wave trading emphasizes buying at the trough. Technically, troughs usually occur at the following positions: lower Bollinger Band, lower support line of the trend channel, edge line of the dense chips area, and breakout positions in technical patterns, etc.
2. Wave trading strongly emphasizes selling at the peak. A wave refers to the difference between the high and low prices of a certain cryptocurrency over a certain period.
3. Grasp the regular changes well. The market is always in a wave operation, and investors must grasp the rules of wave operation. Buy when the market is pessimistic and the cryptocurrency price enters a relatively low level, and seize the opportunity to sell at a relatively high level.
4. If the cryptocurrency price breaks above the 5-day moving average and the 10-day moving average in a bearish market, stabilizes, and moves upwards, it indicates that the buying power in the short-term market is strengthening, and the possibility of a future rise is high, which is a buy signal.
5. A rebound in a bearish market is also a buying opportunity, especially when the cryptocurrency price plummets from a high position, running below the 5-day moving average and the 10-day moving average, and is far from the 10-day moving average. This indicates that a strong rebound is about to come, which is also a buy signal. (Divergence)
6. In the stage of consolidation, if the 5-day moving average and the 10-day moving average break upwards, the market will inevitably oscillate higher; if the 5-day moving average and the 10-day moving average continue to decline, the market will inevitably oscillate lower. If the 10-day moving average and the 5-day moving average are stuck together, even if there are favorable news, it is not advisable to follow up easily. You should wait until the 10-day moving average and the 5-day moving average separate and move upwards before buying.
