Alpha Points FAQ: Please conduct your own troubleshooting first, as the system generally does not have calculation issues

1. Time Zone Issues: Alpha trading volume statistics are calculated based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC+0). China's time zone is UTC+8, so the trading volume before '8 AM China time' is counted from the previous day (from 8 AM on the current day to 8 AM the next day)

2. Trading Token Issues: The trading volume counted for Alpha Points is based on Alpha trading volume (exchanges + wallets); not all tokens in the wallet can count towards the trading volume. After a new token is listed, the trading volume after the listing will not be counted.

3. Wallet Alpha transactions must be conducted via keyless (MPC) wallets; transactions from imported wallets are not counted. Once a keyless wallet is exported, the trading volume from that wallet for the entire day will not be counted. Re-importing does not turn it back into a keyless wallet, so please do not export casually.

4. Only buy transactions are counted, sell transactions are not counted.
