The Twitter follow task needs to be done for real; it seems that the first click on the Twitter task will bind Twitter (I didn't get a response the first time I clicked, but the binding process occurred the second time I entered the page, the website is poorly designed).
The task to join DC seems not to require binding DC, but you must really join.
Many interaction tasks of other Dapps do not really need to be done; you can just click in and then come back to claim points!
The TG task also needs to be done for real, but there seems to be no binding requirement.
