So, 90% of crypto Telegram channels ultimately fall under scams. Approximately a large part deceives its subscribers into VIP memberships, training sessions, or simply takes their money, while another part is sold under the so-called HoneyPot.
In general, the essence is simple: to take your money, wrapping the whole story in the purchase of a certain token.
The mechanics are as follows:
👃 The scammer creates a crypto asset in the form of a token that you can buy, but selling it won't be possible!
At the same time, a channel is created from scratch or purchased, and subscribers are poured in through advertising, sometimes even providing decent content.
The victim, meaning you, sees the execution of signals, a clear opinion on the market, and sometimes the author even throws in information that complaints about insider information are being sent to their channel or that there are plans to shut down the channel - thus warming you up, embedding in your mind that there is a real trader on the other side running their channel.
Suddenly, the mechanics of the channel change, and the scammer adjusts the context of their messages to prepare you for the purchase of a token - which will turn Vasya Pupkin, with his $300, into a millionaire.
In the end, after posts about listings, support for the token by large funds, etc., they post the address and instructions for purchasing the token, detailing it so thoroughly that probably the instructions for launching a rocket to Mars would be much shorter 😂, all just to get your little penny in 😏.
